You can configure your Android phone (Samsung, HTC, LG and others) to receive your business emails in less than 5 minutes. Just follow the steps in this article, and you will be able to send & receive your business emails on your Android phone.

Step 1: Go to “Settings” > “Accounts” > “Add Account” & Select “Email”

Step 2: Enter your full email address i.e. (john@example.com) + your password & click on “Manual setup”

Step 3: You will now be asked to select account type. We recommend “IMAP account”

Step 4 (incoming server settings): The phone will check for automatic settings (will not work), and after 20 seconds will give you the option to enter the settings manually as follow:

Email address: Enter your full email address (i.e. john@example.com)

User name: Enter your full email address (i.e. john@example.com)

Password: Enter your password

IMAP server: host.uandiweb.com

Security type: SSL

Port: 993

Step 5 (Outgoing server settings): Please enter the following information

SMTP Server: host.uandiweb.com

Security type: SSL

Port: 465

Require sign-in: yes (make sure the checkmark shows)

Username: Enter your full email address (i.e. john@example.com)

Password: Enter your password

Step 6 (Account Options): Here you can select some options (like how often mail will sync on your phone).

Step 7 (Set up email):

Give the account a name: i.e Work, Sales, Personal, Accounting…

Enter your name: i.e. John Smith. Entering your name is very important in order for your email recipients to see your name when you send them emails.
