Refund Policy
1. Nature of Services
U&I Web, Inc. provides custom digital services including, but not limited to, web design, web development, e-commerce development, marketing strategy, paid advertising management, SEO services, and consulting.
All services are custom, project-specific, and created uniquely for each client. All payments are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Deposits and Payments
All deposits, retainers, milestone payments, setup fees, and recurring service fees are non-refundable. Payment secures scheduled time, technical resources, strategic planning, research, and execution.
Value is considered delivered once time has been allocated or work has begun, including but not limited to planning, research, consultation, account setup, configuration, design, development, and campaign implementation.
3. No Refunds for Work Performed
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Work already performed in whole or in part
- Time spent on strategy, research, or planning
- Marketing campaigns launched or managed
- Advertising accounts configured or optimized
- Code written, implemented, or deployed
- Design drafts, mockups, or creative assets delivered
- Consultations, meetings, or advisory services
If a client elects to discontinue services, payment remains due for all work performed up to the termination date.
4. Client Responsibilities and Acceptance
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, required access credentials, and reasonable cooperation throughout the project.
Approval of any milestone, deliverable, design, configuration, or campaign setup constitutes acceptance of that work. Failure to respond or provide feedback does not create eligibility for a refund.
5. Marketing and Performance Disclaimer
Marketing and advertising outcomes depend on numerous external factors including competition, market conditions, pricing, offer structure, platform policies, algorithm changes, and consumer behavior.
U&I Web, Inc. does not guarantee specific financial results, including revenue, ROI, ROAS, rankings, traffic levels, or sales performance. Fees compensate for professional services rendered and time allocated, not guaranteed outcomes.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered constitutes a material breach of contract.
In the event of a chargeback or wrongful payment dispute, U&I Web, Inc. reserves the right to pursue recovery of the full outstanding balance, along with reasonable administrative fees, collection costs, attorney’s fees, and interest at a rate permitted by applicable law.
The client agrees that any unpaid balance resulting from a disputed charge remains immediately due and payable.
7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services by providing written notice. Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior payments.
For recurring services, written notice must be provided at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Digital Delivery
Deliverables are deemed delivered upon email transmission, upload to a hosting environment, deployment to the client’s platform, or granting of access credentials. Digital services and deliverables are non-returnable.
9. Agreement
By submitting payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, and acknowledge that services are custom and non-refundable once work begins.
