An estimate will be provided before work begins if the job is expected to take more than 1 hour.

For tasks expected to take 1 hour or less, work may begin without a prior estimate. By submitting a support ticket, you authorize up to 1 hour of billable work under the following rates:

Minimum charge: $90 (up to 1 hour)
Quick fixes up to 20 minutes: $45

If, after starting work, it becomes clear that the task will require more than 1 hour, work will pause and a quote will be provided for approval before continuing. The time already spent (up to 1 hour) remains billable.
