If you are not happy with our service, you can request a refund during the first 30 days of service.

Backup Services

It's the customer responsibility to keep up to date backups. If you paid us for backup services, and we are unable to restore your account you will get back 150% of the money you paid for backup services during the past 12 months.

Support Services

If we could not resolve your issue, then you can ask for a refund within 30 days of paying for support services. However, if we resolved your issue then this type of work is custom work made for your project. Therefore, we can't refund work we did. If you need additional support and/or improvements, we can do it at the standard hourly rate.
